Frequently Asked Questions
Here we've tried our best to provide answers to all your questions.
Currently, we are one of more than 200 Canadian marijuana dispensaries that do not operate under the federally-approved medical marijuana system. Therefore, to qualify under the current federal system, one requires a doctor's approval and Health Canada's permission prior to buying from any of the less than thirty licensed producers. That said, governments across the country have allowed dispensaries such as us to exist in order to ensure that Canadians have a safe, fair way to access their medicine, never selling to minors and with no gang affiliations. Throughout Canada, weed shipments via mail has been happening since the 1990s and though no one has ever been charged with receiving pot by mail, there is a risk on both ends as these transactions are not yet federally approved.

If your package has been sent to the wrong address, it is likely due to a human error at Canada Post. These do happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system. If they are off by a digit or a letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.
